Supporting people to build safer, happier and more independent futures. Person-centred supported accommodation for adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and complex support requirements.
Founded in 2024 in loving memory of the late Sally Penney — a devoted carer who dedicated her life to uplifting others — Sal's Care and Support Ltd was created to carry forward her legacy of compassion, understanding, and real change.
We provide a safe, supportive and empowering environment within our 8-bedded supported accommodation home. We work with adults and young people aged 18 and over facing challenges related to mental health, substance use, and other complex needs.
Our approach is deeply person-centred — ensuring every individual receives tailored care that promotes their independence, dignity and personal growth.
Sally's passion lives on in everything we do.
We specialise in supporting adults who may be at risk of hospital admission, placement breakdown, social exclusion or long-term dependence on statutory services.
Care-led support built entirely around the person — not the service.
Support plans tailored to each individual's strengths, goals, risks and aspirations — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
We help people move beyond crisis and build safer, more meaningful futures through structured independence pathways.
We recognise the impact of trauma and provide compassionate, therapeutic support that meets people where they are.
PBS strategies used to improve quality of life, reduce behaviours of concern and promote long-term wellbeing.
Progress measured against independence, wellbeing, safety and community goals — real results, not just activity.
Round-the-clock supported accommodation, hospital discharge and step-down support, and community integration services.
We do not measure success by the number of placements we provide. We measure success by the positive and lasting difference we make in people's lives.
